About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Personal Assistant to become an integral member of our dynamic Business Support team. This position involves providing superior administrative assistance to Audit Partners as well as actively supporting various firm-wide initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee daily operational activities to maintain team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage complex diaries and email correspondence for Partners.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, team gatherings, and nationwide firm projects.
  • Direct and monitor workflow to ensure optimum operational performance.
  • Maintain and administrate office systems and databases.
  • Finalize official documents such as formatted engagement letters.
  • Prepare, style, and design professional documents including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a PA, administrative, or operational capacity; familiarity with professional service environments is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
