About the Role

We are looking for a UAE National to fill the key position of Performance Marketing Manager within an established revenue and commercial team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on advancing the organization's digital acquisition capabilities by leading strategy and optimizations of marketing technology systems.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, your responsibility will be to oversee the technology roadmap related to performance marketing. Acting as a strategic link between business ambitions and technology execution, you will transform commercial goals into scalable digital marketing solutions that enhance personalisation and automation across various paid and owned platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the performance marketing technology roadmap in collaboration with product owners.
  • Convert business objectives into well-defined product requirements and user stories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to discover new growth prospects.
  • Promote and implement tools that improve user acquisition, targeting, and campaign measurement.
  • Identify gaps in marketing technology and data to boost effectiveness and ROI.
