Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the processing of Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll data to ensure accurate and timely compensation for technicians, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and customer-specific rules.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll data efficiently.
Ensure technicians receive correct and prompt payments.
Maintain adherence to all applicable compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow complex procedures accurately.
High proficiency in Excel, including use of advanced formulas, data validation, and data analysis.
Strong numerical and mathematical skills to confidently work with data.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and compliance information.
Apply strategic thinking and sound judgment to identify and resolve discrepancies, seeking guidance when necessary.

Compensation and Contract

Pay rate ranges from $28 to $30 per hour.
