The company develops orchestration infrastructure for institutional money movers, helping them transfer funds across borders more quickly, without pre-funding, with end-to-end transaction visibility, and across regulated fiat and stablecoin rails.

About the Role

Xweave is seeking a Payment Operations professional to take ownership of the operational core of its payments platform.

The role is responsible for ensuring client setups are completed accurately, payment flows run reliably across the network, and issues are handled promptly and professionally. As one of the early hires in the operations team, you will also help establish the company’s Payment Operations function by creating the processes, playbooks, and internal tools needed to support scale.

This role is not limited to executing existing procedures. You will be expected to help define them, thrive in a fast-moving setting, take ownership, and consistently deliver with speed, precision, and a strong client focus.

What You'll Do

Run the Day-to-Day

• Set up clients on the Xweave platform, including wallet configuration, IP allowlisting, and bank account arrangements across the provider network.
• Track payment movement across fiat and stablecoin rails to confirm transactions are completed successfully and on time.
• Diagnose and resolve payment-related issues by working with internal engineering teams and external payment partners.
• Serve as the first operational contact through Slack, WhatsApp, and other client-facing communication channels.

Build the Function

• Create and maintain documented operational workflows, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Spot process bottlenecks and partner with product and engineering teams to improve tooling and automation.
• Develop incident response playbooks, escalation paths, and client communication standards to strengthen operational reliability.

Support Our Clients

• Keep clients informed with clear, timely, and professional updates when operational issues or incidents arise.
• Develop trusted client relationships through responsive, high-quality operational assistance.
• Carry out operations accurately while staying aligned with internal controls and regulatory obligations.

What We're Looking For

You should bring experience from payment operations, fintech, cryptocurrency exchanges, or a similar financial services setting.

A working understanding of payment ecosystems and banking rails in Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Hong Kong is important.

Hands-on exposure to stablecoin operations, crypto deposits and withdrawals, wallet address administration, address whitelisting, and Know Your Transaction (KYT) processes is expected.

Strong written communication skills are needed, along with the ability to manage client conversations clearly and professionally in an asynchronous environment.

The team is looking for someone who can improve and design processes rather than only follow existing ones.

You should also be a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure while handling multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a regional payment service provider (PSP), crypto exchange, digital asset platform, or stablecoin infrastructure company.
• Exposure to treasury operations, finance operations, or OTC trading workflows.
• Familiarity with payment orchestration platforms, reconciliation workflows, or operational automation tools.
