Role Overview

We are hiring an Airport Coordinator to manage everyday airport activities and deliver a smooth traveler journey. This position focuses on operational discipline, service quality, regulatory compliance, and steady performance improvement.

What You Will Handle

• Keep the traveler experience efficient, smooth, and high in quality.
• Lead and assist the airport refund and validation teams, including staffing, training, and performance follow-up.
• Build shift rosters and make sure coverage is maintained throughout operations.
• Work with airport and customs authorities to strengthen relationships and meet operational targets.
• Track performance, spot service or process issues, and put corrective actions in place.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, operating procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Reduce refund mistakes, operational exposure, and fraudulent behavior.
• Ensure kiosks, equipment, and airport facilities remain functional and properly maintained.
• Support brand presentation standards, such as signage placement and uniform compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality Assurance, Accounting, and other internal teams.
• Contribute to improvements in payment mix, service workflows, and overall efficiency.
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities and escalate operational risks or concerns.
