About the Role

Auxilia Group Recruitment is hiring a Passenger Bookings Coordinator on behalf of a client in the ferry and shipping sector. The Coordinator will manage group reservations and bookings made through indirect sales channels such as Online Travel Agencies, tour operators, and other third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous roles in bookings, reservations, or operations within the travel, tourism, transport, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all booking information.
