Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager position is an on-site, full-time opportunity located in Coimbatore. This role entails the responsibility of identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic alliances that advance techjays’ AI-centric goals. Key duties include scouting potential partners, conducting discovery discussions, drafting proposals, and structuring partnership agreements. The manager collaborates closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to craft joint programs, negotiate contracts, and ensure the smooth implementation of partnerships. Ongoing monitoring of performance, sustaining strong partner relations, and representing the company at relevant forums and industry events are also critical functions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in forming and maintaining partnerships, including recognizing opportunities and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Skills in business development and negotiation, demonstrated by a history of developing mutually beneficial agreements and formalizing strategic deals.
• Ability to think strategically and perform analysis to interpret market trends, assess partnership effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities to convey complex concepts clearly and engage with partners across various levels.
• Competence in project management to coordinate collaborative efforts, manage schedules, and work effectively across departments.
• Interest or experience with AI, technology, or SaaS products, with the capacity to quickly grasp technical information and articulate its value for partnerships.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore, demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving skills.
