Overview
Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Remote Recruiter specializing in Hourly Operations to support recruitment efforts across multiple client accounts. This mid-level role involves collaborating with senior recruitment personnel and hiring managers to build effective talent pipelines and implement hiring strategies. The successful candidate will independently handle moderately complex recruitment assignments and enhance their capabilities within the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and job specifications.
- Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure candidate-organization alignment.
- Support background investigations, testing procedures, and other pre-employment tasks.
- Oversee job posting documentation and requisition updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Engage in recruitment events including job fairs and employee orientations.
- Maintain and report on hiring metrics regularly.
- Mentor and assist junior recruitment staff as needed.
- Contribute to preparing and presenting employment offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Recruitment experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in healthcare is ideal, with a broader range of 5+ years encompassing full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy also considered.
- Understanding of employment laws and best recruitment practices.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
- Motivation to progress professionally within the recruitment field.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS tools such as UKG.
