About the Role
Jovie is seeking caring and experienced part-time nannies to support multiple families in the Chula Vista, CA area. This flexible on-call position is ideal for individuals such as retired teachers, babysitters, daycare workers, or church nursery volunteers looking to work in a smaller environment with a schedule that accommodates other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home childcare without transporting children.
- Engage and ensure safety of children from infancy through toddler age, with an emphasis on children under 2 years old.
- Lead age-appropriate, hands-on activities that promote development based on child observations.
- Perform minimal household tasks limited to cleaning up after activities or meals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range from $18 to $20.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Strong communication skills and dedication to maintaining a positive and responsive attitude with the staffing coordinator and families.
