Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Paid Search Manager to enhance our Paid Media capabilities. This role involves managing the strategy and performance of client accounts, focusing on innovative approaches and achieving targets. You will have the opportunity to work with a global portfolio and proprietary technology that distinguishes us in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage campaigns using Google Ads (search, shopping, display, and video) and Microsoft Ads.
- Oversee performance reports, analyze campaigns, and manage budget pacing to ensure clients meet their key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Offer insights and recommendations for improving account architecture, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regional Paid Media teams to maintain consistent strategic execution across different markets.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and data quality through Google Analytics or other measurement platforms.
- Assist in preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Thorough understanding of paid search campaign tools and workflows, especially Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
- Between 3 to 5 years' experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency or performance marketing setup.
- Proficient with Excel, capable of managing complex spreadsheets and analyzing large data sets.
- Strong client engagement skills with a passion for building lasting relationships and adding business value.
- Experience in developing solutions to optimize and automate processes.
- Ability to adapt strategies flexibly in the face of unexpected challenges.
