Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service by managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring its smooth transition to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing merchandise efficiently, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment. The role is part of a collaborative team that plans and executes work based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for the store opening each day.
• Set up and merchandise feature displays and signage.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Emphasize labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom storage bins, which distinguishes this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets between the backroom and sales floor for overnight processing.
• Support stocking of the sales floor as assigned and assist customers when needed.
• Label the sales floor appropriately in preparation for opening.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweeps, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $16.90 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
