Key Responsibilities

• Oversee online travel agency (OTA) operations, managing bookings for flights, hotels, and travel packages.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to stimulate sales growth.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth rollout of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to guide strategic business decisions.
• Deliver outstanding customer support by promptly addressing inquiries received via phone and email.
• Quickly resolve any booking errors or issues.
• Keep track of inventory levels and manage overbooking situations.
• Propose promotional activities to boost sales during periods of low demand.

Skills and Qualifications

• Deep understanding of OTA platforms.
• Familiarity with Channel Manager and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Basic knowledge of revenue management principles.
• Strong communication abilities.
