Role Overview

We are conducting a mega walk-in recruitment drive on 31st July 2026 to source professionals for the Order to Cash (Cash Applications) function. This role requires 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably focused on Order to Cash cash applications processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and update customer master data accurately.
• Handle the processing of cash and payment applications efficiently.
• Generate and manage dunning reports to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Investigate and resolve customer account issues by coordinating with clients and customers.
• Perform reconciliation activities and support month-end closing procedures.
• Update contract pricing periodically as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP applications is preferred.
• A client-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macro scripting is an added advantage.

Eligibility and Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.Com degree in any specialization. M.Com or MBA degrees are also acceptable.
