About RSA Tech and Role Overview
RSA Tech is seeking a skilled OPT Recruiter to join their expanding US staffing team based in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This position operates onsite and requires working the US shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit candidates holding OPT EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and GC statuses for a variety of IT roles.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of students and recent graduates to meet recruitment demands.
- Manage the recruitment life cycle by screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and evaluating candidate credentials.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to align candidate placements with organizational needs.
- Maintain comprehensive candidate databases and ensure consistent follow-up communications.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience recruiting OPT/CPT candidates.
- Thorough knowledge of US staffing procedures and immigration classifications including OPT EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, and GC.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and similar platforms.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
