About Carpentaria

Role Purpose
The Operations Support Coordinator ensures smooth and compliant service delivery by managing operational support activities across all programs. This involves overseeing workforce planning, rostering, business support, operations administration, and reporting, ensuring operational teams have the necessary resources and systems to provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Qualifications and Attributes
- Proven track record in operational leadership, workforce coordination, or managing business support functions.
- Experience in supervising multidisciplinary administrative and workforce teams.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, rostering, and operational service delivery processes.
- Excellent organizational abilities combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- A good sense of humor to foster a positive work environment.
