This vital leadership position involves overseeing administrative and project coordination duties for roofing and spouting work from initial enquiry to completion. You'll work closely with company directors, contributing significantly to daily operations and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily office activities and workflow
• Scheduling roofing and spouting projects in collaboration with the Team Leader
• Coordinating crews, suppliers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Handling client communications throughout project lifecycles
• Tracking project progress and meeting deadlines
• Job costing and monitoring project profitability
• Supporting invoicing, purchase orders, and financial administration
• Assisting in operational planning and streamlining processes
• Implementing systems to support business growth
• Working alongside directors on operational and future strategic planning

Candidate Profile

• Experience within roofing, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trade industries
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, teams, and schedules simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with job costing, financial administration, and profitability tracking
• Experience using Tradify or comparable job management platforms
• High initiative with independent problem-solving skills
• Positive mindset and eagerness to contribute to business growth
