Primary Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients daily to manage operations, facilitate order completion, handle escalations, and address queries promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to guarantee on-time order processing and delivery.
- Deliver timely updates to clients regarding blood sample collections performed by phlebotomists.
- Support routine tasks such as order handling, report generation, and sharing operational information.
- Ensure consistent, clear communication between clients and internal departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree in any field.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in operations or coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Adaptable to working rotational shifts as per roster schedules.
- Capable of managing client communications and coordinating across various stakeholders effectively.
Work Details
- Position location: Gurgaon office (work-from-office arrangement).
- Work schedule includes 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
- Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience.
