About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team in the B2B IT sector, focusing on companies like Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and IT infrastructure services. This entry-level position suits candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who are eager to manage essential operational tasks that support our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and liaise with distributors to ensure smooth processing.
- Prepare official documents such as quotations, invoices, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoices accurately and timely.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory and stock levels to support operations.
- Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery to clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse departments for seamless coordination.
- Follow up on payment collections and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Address customer inquiries and provide support for daily operational activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Fundamental understanding of inventory management and order processing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Zoho software is a plus.
- Well-developed organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 18,000 INR.
