Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

Udrive is seeking an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the daily communication and coordination between drivers and the Operations team. The role's primary goal is to ensure seamless vehicle operations, punctual execution of tasks, and clear inter-team communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and coordination between drivers and operations staff
• Assign tasks such as vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers to drivers and monitor completion status in real-time
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers for operational instructions and assistance
• Promptly report any incidents including delays, breakdowns, or other operational challenges
• Maintain accurate daily records including logs, trackers, and movement reports
• Ensure drivers adhere to company standard operating procedures, safety policies, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of one to three years in driver coordination, fleet management, logistics, or related operations roles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up effectively
• Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Foundational understanding of fleet or logistics operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational tracking software
• Possession of a UAE driving license is an advantage
