Operations Coordinator 2

Overview

This role is responsible for facilitating efficient and seamless operational activities within the designated product line. It involves coordination of manpower, equipment, and materials movement to meet client specifications and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to ascertain personnel and equipment needs, arranging mobilization that aligns with both operational and client timelines.
• Inform clients about any operational or equipment constraints and propose viable alternatives.
• Ensure all equipment upkeep meets certification mandates and is suitable for intended use.
• Plan manpower requirements to guarantee resource availability, potentially participating in recruitment of staff or contractors as needed.
• Keep track of equipment, manpower, and related costs to maintain project budgets and promptly notify management about any financial concerns.
• Gather all pertinent data required for timely and accurate invoicing processes.
• May oversee the engagement of third-party services and equipment in the assigned operational area.
• Ensure accurate completion of documentation and data in line with company procedures and specific client reporting standards.
• Supervise direct reports, if applicable.
• Potentially participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24-hour coverage regarding operations performance and technical updates to clients, field teams, and internal management.
• Maintain continuous communication among clients, operational teams, supervisors, and internal departments to support safe and timely task completions.

Requirements

• Possession of a formal technical qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience, preferably including wellsite or field operations within the product line.
