This role of Operations Consultant is within the Commercial Lending Operations team and is based remotely.
As an Operations Consultant, you will provide extensive support for loan documentation processes, assisting new and existing team members in understanding requirements and expectations. You will offer clear guidance aligned with internal legal teams and manage daily queries and escalation issues. Success in this position demands a solid legal foundation and specialized knowledge of loan documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead key operational support and implement complex services or initiatives within the operational unit, monitoring performance and risk metrics.
- Develop and track process performance measures and evaluate their business impact, communicating results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage production workflows and handle escalated issues independently, serving as a primary escalation contact and mentoring operations managers and team members.
- Drive continuous improvements and changes in production processes and policies, fostering collaboration and ensuring acceptance and support among executives, business partners, and teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, proactively resolving compliance issues and leading risk mitigation efforts.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess a university degree and have five or more years of relevant industry experience. Equivalent education combined with certifications and experience may also be considered. No mandatory certifications or licenses are required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary ranges from $70,000 to $156,000 annually, varying by location, skills, experience, and education. The position is eligible for incentives based on company and individual performance.
