Role Overview
This position as an Operation Coordinator offers a dynamic opportunity to develop a career in customer service and sales within the student accommodation industry. The role focuses on ensuring a superior customer experience at all touchpoints and involves managing operations, improving service quality, and overseeing team collaboration across Cork and Limerick.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer experience operations in Cork and Limerick, ensuring all service standards and response times are consistently met.
- Oversee move-in and move-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide operational support during high-demand periods or staff absences to maintain service delivery.
- Conduct daily team meetings to establish priorities and maintain alignment.
- Track and analyze customer experience metrics, such as KPIs, complaints, and case reopen rates, to identify and address root causes for improvement.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures and operational documents for both locations.
- Handle sensitive customer escalations professionally, following established internal processes.
- Coordinate efforts with Sales, Facilities, Finance, and Property Management teams for cross-functional synergy.
- Proactively anticipate customer issues and design interventions to minimize complaints.
- Support on-site property needs as required, including inspections and urgent operational tasks.

Experience and Educational Background
- At least three years of experience in customer-facing or operational roles.
- Prior leadership or primary operational contact experience.
- Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or property management sectors is advantageous.
- Fluent in English at an upper-intermediate level, with Spanish language skills considered beneficial.
- Comfortable with adopting and using technological tools, including AI solutions.
- Resident or willing to relocate to Cork with regular travel availability to Limerick.
