Role Overview
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Brand Concierge for e-commerce sales and order support. This position focuses on helping shoppers complete purchases, resolving order-related questions, and creating a premium customer experience that encourages repeat business and stronger brand loyalty.
The ideal candidate enjoys sales-driven customer conversations, works well in online retail environments, and can turn support interactions into revenue opportunities and long-term customer relationships.
Application Instructions

Key Duties
You will communicate with customers across chat, email, phone, and SMS to help with orders, product questions, and after-purchase concerns while keeping conversion and satisfaction in focus.
The role also involves finding opportunities to increase order value through upselling, cross-selling, and bundle recommendations, as well as supporting cart recovery, winback outreach, and subscription-related recovery efforts.
In addition, you will assist with tracking orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations when those situations can still be turned into completed sales. You will be expected to represent the brand professionally, deliver personalized support, maintain accurate customer records, and share useful trends with the team to improve the customer journey and sales performance.
Collaboration with internal teams is part of the job, especially when using feedback to improve conversion processes and customer experience workflows.
Required Background
Candidates should bring at least 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience.
Prior e-commerce exposure is important, particularly in upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription support, winbacks, post-purchase service, or product bundling.
Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building ability are essential, along with at least 1 year of customer service experience by phone, email, or chat. Experience with Shopify, CRM platforms, or customer engagement tools is considered an advantage.
Applicants should be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote setting.
Technical Setup
A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or better is required.
You must also have a reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed, plus a quiet and professional home workspace suitable for calls.
