Role Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and strengthen your retail expertise by efficiently processing online orders. This role involves selecting, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining stringent safety, food hygiene, and quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble orders from various temperature-controlled zones ensuring timely delivery.
- Carefully pack orders, differentiating similarly named products and verifying correct quantities and product codes.
- Maintain high quality standards by choosing undamaged, fresh products for orders.
- Properly document and label orders by interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize packing efficiency to maximize tote space while preserving product quality.
- Balance order fulfillment tasks with courteous customer interactions and resolve related issues.
- Strictly follow safety and food hygiene protocols including cleanliness of work areas and totes; safely operate material handling equipment with required pre-inspection.
- Contribute to process improvements enhancing operations, productivity, safety, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Flexibly adapt to work assignments and daily delivery schedules responsive to customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.

Compensation
Starting wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.
