Job Overview
The role focuses on maintaining the warehouse's readiness for both internal and external audits by strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). It requires diligent upkeep of current GMP records to ensure compliance and smooth warehouse operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure the warehouse remains audit-ready by adhering to GMP standards.
- Maintain up-to-date cGMP documentation to support warehouse compliance.
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance/dispatch of semi-finished goods, finished goods, and cell banks, along with conducting periodic physical stock verifications.
- Monitor product expiry dates, anticipate near-expiry items, and organize retesting of semi-finished and finished goods.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and control temperature monitoring, including managing any temperature deviations.
- Coordinate timely dispatch of products to meet delivery schedules.
- Prepare gate passes for returnable and non-returnable items.
- Manage handling of returned and recalled products effectively.
- Record entries accurately in electronic logs and the SAP system.
- Supervise receipt, issuance, and handling of DS (Documented Supplies) at the warehouse.
- Manage issuance of cell banks within the warehouse environment.
Work Experience
Candidates are required to have 13 to 15 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
Education
Applicants must hold a graduation degree in Chemistry or Science. A master's degree in Chemistry or Science is also acceptable.
Competencies
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations within GMP compliant environments, proficiency in inventory management, and expertise in temperature and equipment monitoring are essential.
