Officer, Defects Management (DLP), Customer Service - 2 Years Contract

Job Overview

City Developments Limited is seeking an Officer for Defects Management under a 2-year contract to support the Customer Service team in facilitating defect rectifications and ensuring quality handover of residential units in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service department and main contractor to prepare comprehensive handover kits in a timely manner.
• Perform thorough quality inspections on all residential units to detect defects and confirm their readiness for handover prior to issuance of the Notice to Take Possession.
• Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to ensure timely completion of defect rectifications, including organizing joint inspections upon completion.
• Provide assistance in addressing and resolving complaints from homeowners related to defects and other matters to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational attainment of 'A' Level or Diploma in Real Estate or Building-related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Well-developed organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to adapt to changing situations.
