Role Overview
The Office Manager will supervise all daily administrative activities at Sapra Building Material Store. The position is full-time and primarily onsite in Ludhiana, with occasional remote work possible depending on company needs. Key responsibilities encompass managing office documentation, arranging schedules, preserving records, and facilitating communication between the sales, warehouse, and management departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests and inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and maintain basic administrative reports.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support billing and order processing tasks.
- Enhance office procedures and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Provide general administrative support to management and leadership teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in office administration and assistance with managing records, documents, and daily workflows.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and basic computer applications to maintain operational efficiency.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or familiarity with retail/building material sectors is advantageous.
- Comfortable with MS Office or equivalent software and willingness to learn specialized store systems.
