About the Role
We are seeking an Office Manager who excels in delivering confidential administrative and personal support to the management team and partners, while providing leadership in payroll and office operations. Working Schedule
The position offers flexibility to accommodate other jobs or family responsibilities. The only mandatory day per week is Monday, with a preferred schedule of four to five days weekly, ranging from 20 to 40 hours based on mutual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate seamless communication among team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and reconcile complex business payments across multiple channels daily.
- Perform daily accounting tasks utilizing Excel and handling various accounts.
- Order necessary products and services to maintain office standards.
- Accurately enter labor and expense data into Push Operations for profitability reporting.
- Monitor and process weekly invoices and maintain the store's balance sheets.
- Enhance the partner and leadership experience through precise cash outs, payroll processing, and resolving payment issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized office environment, ensuring compliance boards and partner notifications are current, along with organized files and documents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and feedback-sharing abilities with a supportive leadership approach.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada (citizen, resident, or valid work permit holder).
- Secure living arrangements within the Sea to Sky region.
