Job Summary
Urgent hiring for an Office Boy position located in Bankura, Town. This role focuses on maintaining office environment and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Salary and Location
The monthly salary ranges between 7000 and 9000 INR. The work location is Bankura Sadar subdivision, India.
Working Hours
The job requires an 8-hour daily shift with Sunday as a weekly holiday.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates with a minimum academic qualification from 8th pass, 10th pass, 12th pass or higher are eligible to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage office upkeep and maintenance duties.
- Distribute equipment, parts, and important files to respective employees.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, sales orders, and overall inventory management.
- Maintain office supplies by placing orders and ensuring stock is replenished as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate, updated records.
- Submit all delivery-related paperwork to the office daily at the end of the workday.
