Overview
Acme Creation Private Limited is seeking two female Office Administrators to oversee daily office functions and ensure effective administrative support. While married women are prioritized, single women are equally encouraged to apply.
Job Details

- Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat, India
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary Range: 12,000 to 16,000 INR per month
Primary Duties
- Supervise daily office activities and ensure smooth coordination
- Manage communications via calls, emails, and internal channels
- Maintain both physical and digital records and documentation
- Execute data entry and prepare simple reports
- Liaise effectively between staff and management
- Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 12th-grade education; graduates preferred
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Basic computer abilities including email, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to follow-up and coordinate tasks
- Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette
