As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you will leverage your frontline nursing expertise to influence how AI comprehends clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated clinical content, nursing process workflows, and health informatics scenarios for correctness, clinical safety, and real-world relevance.
• Utilize experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner to evaluate AI's understanding of clinical documentation and related data flow.
• Detect inaccuracies, gaps, or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs related to nursing practice and health information technology.
• Convert intricate clinical knowledge into structured and actionable input for AI teams to enhance model accuracy.
• Carefully review and annotate clinical data, applying knowledge of patient care protocols and healthcare standards.
• Operate autonomously on a flexible schedule, managing tasks independently.

Candidate Profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical credentials with hands-on healthcare experience.
• Proficient with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and articulate evaluations clearly.
• Detail-focused, dependable, and able to work independently on discrete assignments.
• Motivated by advancing healthcare quality and intrigued by the role of AI in medicine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or education within nursing.
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with AI technologies or large language models is advantageous though not mandatory.
