Key Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute nursing duties among the unit staff.
• Provide supervision, support, and guidance to nursing personnel.

• Take immediate action during emergency situations in line with established protocols.
• Request necessary nursing supplies and equipment through proper channels.
• Maintain accountability for the overall quality, safety, and seamless coordination of nursing services within the unit.
