Role Overview
In this position, you will focus on uncovering complex and elusive bugs that are not easily detected by automated unit or product tests. Unlike repetitive manual regression tests, this role emphasizes challenging problem-solving and rigorous debugging.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement detailed testing strategies for L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS VPN, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP network protocols.
- Work closely with various teams to spot defects and drive remediation within network infrastructures.
- Carry out manual testing of routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP to verify performance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex VXLAN configuration issues on Cisco devices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Between 5 to 15 years of professional experience in the networking sector with deep expertise in L2VPN and L3VPN technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP; experience with VXLAN is a plus.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques for detecting network infrastructure defects.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Electronics, or Electrical disciplines.
