Their services encompass company registration, legal adherence, finance & taxation, industrial resource integration, and supply chain facilitation. To enhance local operations in Africa and strengthen their presence in Zimbabwe, they seek a dependable and seasoned National Representative to operate remotely and serve as a key liaison between Zimbabwean local resources and their Shenzhen headquarters.
Role Overview
This fully remote opportunity offers highly flexible work arrangements suitable for full-time or part-time candidates. The National Representative will oversee all local enterprise services in Zimbabwe, ensuring compliance, resource integration, and fostering sustainable growth for the company's Zimbabwe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete delivery of local business compliance services, including legal inspections, policy guidance, and risk assessment for foreign-invested enterprises within Zimbabwe.
- Manage company-related procedures such as registration, amendments, and cancellation under industrial and commercial regulations, ensuring legality and efficiency.
- Administer comprehensive financial and tax services encompassing daily bookkeeping, tax filings, annual audits, financial organization, tax compliance, and annual inspections.
- Monitor and report local industry and tax policy updates, synchronizing critical compliance information with the Shenzhen team promptly.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish connections with reputable local law firms, accounting entities, and financial service providers, maintaining a reliable resource database.
- Integrate local industrial support resources such as manufacturing plants, office spaces, and commercial venues, compiling resource advantages and pricing details to align with headquarter strategies.
- Develop and consolidate local supply chain networks to assist headquarters in aligning supply and demand, supporting cross-border business and client services.
- Serve as the exclusive liaison, ensuring smooth communication between Zimbabwean resources/enterprises and the Shenzhen headquarters, facilitating project delivery.
- Compile regular reports on business progress, resource coordination, and encountered challenges, submitting standardized updates to the headquarters.
- Address operational challenges in service delivery and resource partnerships, continuously refining local service workflows.
- Support pre-investment consultations, policy interpretation, and feasibility analyses for Zimbabwe-related projects in collaboration with headquarters.
Qualifications
- Resident in Zimbabwe or possessing extensive local work/life experience with deep knowledge of Zimbabwean corporate law, tax regulations, industrial and commercial registration, and market dynamics.
- Established, durable local networks covering legal, financial, tax, office/factory premises, and supply chain sectors; preference for candidates with existing cooperation agreements.
- Experienced in company registration, bookkeeping, tax filing, annual inspections, and compliance management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexible work approach supporting 100% remote engagement with adaptable hours; open to both full-time and part-time involvement.
- Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, promptness, strong business acumen, and commitment to long-term collaboration.
