Job Summary
Edworthy IT & HR Solutions is collaborating with various firms seeking candidates for the position of Mystery Auditor and Operations Coordinator. This role involves both fieldwork in your city conducting audits and coordinating with other auditors remotely.
Work Details
- Role: Mystery Auditor (field audits in city) and Operations Coordinator (remote guidance of auditors)
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Start Date: 14th July 2026
- Working Hours: Any continuous 5 hours between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday through Sunday
- Weekly Off: One day off between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Mandatory Work: Saturdays and Sundays
- Work Location: Entire City area
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Performance-based audit incentives and travel expense reimbursements
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate from any discipline
- Age Range: Between 21 and 30 years
- Essential Skills: Basic English communication ability
- Must own a motorcycle for commuting
- Device Requirements: Android smartphone
- Communication: Good verbal skills mandatory
