Multilingual Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon

Overview

Our international clients based in Lisbon are seeking multilingual professionals to join their teams as Customer Support Specialists and Content Moderators. These roles are full-time and require physical presence in Lisbon, Portugal. Multiple starting dates are planned over the next few months.

The positions are strictly on-site within Lisbon, Portugal.

Compensation

The monthly gross salary ranges between €900 to €1,500 depending on the specific project and language market.

Language Requirements

Applicants must have high proficiency (C1/C2) in at least one of the following languages:

• German, Dutch, French
• Italian, Spanish, Turkish
• Nordic languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
• Other European languages also considered

Relocation Assistance (Project-Dependent)

• Reimbursement of flight expenses to Lisbon
• Company-provided or subsidized housing options
• Support with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in one of the target languages plus a dependable working knowledge of English
• Possession of a valid EU passport or work permit allowing employment in Portugal is mandatory
• Willingness and ability to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon
• Preparedness to commence a new role promptly
