Role overview

Ascenti is hiring a musculoskeletal physiotherapist to manage a full MSK caseload in clinic. The position is suited to an experienced clinician who wants to deepen their skills, build confidence, and progress professionally within a supportive environment.

This role is with a leading independent MSK physiotherapy provider in the UK, working with a wide range of public and private sector partners. The clinic focus is patient-centred, with an emphasis on high-quality care and ongoing professional development.

Career development

The role comes with structured learning and development designed specifically for your needs, including protected time for learning. There is also a guaranteed annual pay review. After three years post-qualification and once the relevant progression milestone is achieved, you may move into a Senior MSK Physiotherapist position with greater autonomy, a meaningful salary increase, and broader career opportunities.

Support and working environment

You will work independently in clinic, but support is available from an Area Manager, a Physiotherapy Development Lead, and a Clinical Mentor. Administrative burden is reduced through digital systems and a dedicated customer hub that handles patient queries and admin support.

Requirements

• A BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy with at least a 2:2 classification.
• At least 2 years of experience working in MSK physiotherapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Hands-on experience carrying out initial assessments, making diagnoses, and setting management plans.
• Proven ability to work well with patients and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong English language ability across speaking, reading, and writing.
