Role Overview

The Hoxton is seeking an experienced Minijob Shift Engineer for a limited contract of 4 weeks to cover paternity leave within their Maintenance Team. This position involves hands-on maintenance and repair work to support the hotel's operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair faults and maintain equipment, plumbing, furniture, and lighting systems.
• Perform general operational tasks including connecting equipment, installing locks and hinges, and lighting installations.
• Conduct routine periodic maintenance to ensure smooth functionality.
• Carry out installation assignments as required by the team.
• Maintain accurate oversight and organization of workspace and tools.
• Prepare and finish various surfaces such as metal, wood, and plaster carefully to achieve high-quality results.
