Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Design and develop fire safety strategies applicable to a variety of building and infrastructure sectors.
- Review design proposals against current fire safety codes and develop tailored performance-based engineering solutions.
- Conduct formal peer reviews of fire engineering work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to provide project and client-specific fire safety advice.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed programmes, budgets, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess an engineering or science degree relevant to the discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of experience with fire and smoke modeling tools, including computational fluid dynamics (CFD), zone models, and evacuation modeling; this is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrate experience developing fire safety strategies compliant with UK and international codes of practice.
- Possess working knowledge of performance-based fire engineering regulations such as BS 7974 and NFPA 101, with experience applying British Standards, NFPA, IBC, and other international codes.
- Exhibit strong English communication skills for interaction with clients, project teams, and report writing.

Work Location and Position Details
Based primarily in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with options including Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time permanent role within the Buildings market discipline, specifically focusing on building services.
