Job Overview
High Space seeks a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and expand its furniture rental clientele in Pune. This role involves a mix of field marketing, corporate engagement, and digital outreach to promote rental offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new leads for furniture rental services.
- Engage with IT parks, hostels, PGs, and residential complexes to boost service awareness.
- Establish and nurture connections with builders, brokers, property managers, and relocation firms.
- Organize leaflet drops and other promotional campaigns.
- Address customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Manage and upload listings on platforms like OLX, Facebook Marketplace, and similar classifieds.
- Collaborate closely with the sales division to convert prospects into customers.
- Record daily leads and marketing activities systematically.
- Meet set monthly goals for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Maps.
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and fieldwork.
- Self-motivated with an optimistic approach.
- Preference for candidates owning a two-wheeler for field visits.
