Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, coordinating customer events, webinars, and managing supplier collaborations. The position demands hands-on coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial planning stages through implementation.
• Manage project timelines, marketing materials, approval processes, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with outside marketing agencies, print vendors, merchandise suppliers, and contractors.
• Arrange and support customer-focused events such as webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Assist in generating leads and facilitate smooth transitions of campaigns to the sales teams.
• Help with monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing administration tasks.
• Handle supplier quotations, manage invoices, purchase orders, and assist in keeping track of the marketing budget.
• Organise the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional products.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Proven ability to work with external agencies and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving challenges.
• Experience using CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Skilled in analyzing campaign outcomes and preparing related reports.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach across Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
