About the Role
Join One Diagnostics in Kolkata as a Marketing Executive specializing in field sales within the healthcare sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in healthcare marketing by engaging directly with key stakeholders such as pathology labs, doctors, pharmacies, and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to pathology laboratories, doctors' clinics, medical stores, and nursing homes to promote laboratory services.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Encourage referrals and drive growth in diagnostic testing services.
- Provide daily updates and visit reports to the designated reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary; graduation is preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing for healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sectors is desirable but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Possession of a bike or scooter with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Willingness to travel across the Kolkata area as part of work duties.
