Key Responsibilities

The Managing Director will focus on assembling and overseeing a team of skilled financial advisors striving to advance their client services. Responsibilities include maintaining an active personal client portfolio, recruiting and coaching new advisors, cultivating a results-driven environment, and contributing strategically to the firm's expansion.

Requirements

• At least three years' professional experience in financial services with a proven client base.
• Possession of an active Life and Health Insurance License.
• Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses, with support available for obtaining these if not held.
• Successful track record in client acquisition and relationship maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with enthusiasm for mentoring and developing effective teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset oriented towards sustainable growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
