Manager - Project Compliances

Role Overview

The Manager - Project Compliances is tasked with overseeing regulatory, statutory, and contractual adherence throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This role demands close coordination with various departments including project management, legal, environment health and safety (EHS), and regulatory teams to ensure projects receive timely approvals, effectively mitigate risks, and maintain compliance at all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous adherence to regulatory, statutory, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project, legal, EHS, and regulatory personnel to secure timely approvals.
• Identify and manage risks related to compliance across all project locations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or an MBA with specialization in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
• Have between 7 to 9 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
• Proven expertise in construction, infrastructure, data centre, or industrial project compliance and labour law compliance.
