Role Overview

The Manager, Global Learning & Customer Education leads the strategy, creation, and delivery of learning initiatives for employees and customers. The position emphasizes developing outstanding educational experiences, leveraging instructional technology, and building a stronger learning culture. This role also involves managing a distributed team and measuring learning success aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning programs using various formats including eLearning, live sessions, and blended approaches.
• Design customer-focused education and product training that can scale effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success teams to boost adoption and engagement.
• Direct onboarding programs for offshore business development representatives and domestic employees.
• Apply evidence-based instructional design methodologies to develop clear, role-specific content.
• Manage learning management system strategy, administration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and deliver both instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global instructional design and training team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Technology, or instructional design with a minimum of one year in a leadership role.
• Experience with LMS platforms, preferably Thinkific.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 plus a 10% annual bonus.
