Descripción del trabajo
Company Overview
Remotivation Consultation Services builds clinical informatics solutions for health and human service organizations. Its work centers on electronic medical and case management record systems, as well as telehealth video conferencing tools. The company helps providers improve efficiency and productivity through shared medical visits, group education for patients, and support programs. Beyond technology implementation, it also delivers direct patient advocacy and navigation services so individuals and families can connect with suitable, high-quality care. Team members work with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders to improve care delivery and operational results.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position focused on assessing and enhancing operational processes tied to clinical informatics, telehealth services, and patient support programs. The Management Analyst will gather and examine healthcare provider data, identify patterns and improvement opportunities, and turn findings into practical recommendations for workflow and system design improvements. The role also includes creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and clients, contributing to project planning and rollout activities, and tracking performance after implementation.
Key Responsibilities
The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to support system optimization, implementation efforts, and ongoing process improvement. The role includes helping build training materials, assisting with training sessions, and developing best practices that meet regulatory expectations and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring strong analytical ability, with experience in collecting data, interpreting findings, and solving problems to improve processes and systems. Clear communication skills are important, especially when explaining complex information to clinical, technical, and non-technical audiences. A solid grasp of finance is also useful, including budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI review within healthcare operations. Prior involvement in program management, such as planning, coordinating, and monitoring initiatives in healthcare or consulting, is valuable. The role also calls for the ability to create and deliver training, prepare documentation, and guide end users through system changes and implementations. Familiarity with healthcare delivery, clinical informatics, or electronic medical record systems is a strong advantage. Candidates should be comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project management platforms, and able to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, public health, informatics, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
