Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Mailroom Operator position based in Camellia, New South Wales. The role reports to the Team Leader - Production and sits within Computershare Communication Services (CCS), where you will help prepare, produce, and dispatch physical customer communications.

Working pattern

The shift runs Monday to Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The role is part of a team-based production environment where accuracy, discipline, and dependable delivery are essential.

What you will do

You will support the end-to-end handling of paper-based customer communications, using specialised print and mailroom equipment and carrying out manual production tasks as needed. The job requires close attention to quality checks, reconciliation, and compliance with customer and process requirements.

Equipment and production tasks

  • Run digital printing on high-speed continuous inkjet presses, including Ricoh machines.
  • Handle cut-sheet digital printing using toner and inkjet production printers such as Xerox equipment.
  • Operate high- and medium-speed mail enclosing machines.
  • Carry out manual sorting and enclosing when required.
  • Use guillotines and other cutting tools safely and accurately.

Performance expectations

  • Follow manufacturer instructions and operating guidelines for production equipment and systems.
  • Meet scheduled output levels and daily production targets.
  • Ensure all output is fully reconciled so work remains compliant and aligned to customer requirements.
