About the Role
Mars Cosmetics is seeking a motivated Logistic Executive to manage warehouse logistics, transport operations, and delivery scheduling at their Delhi warehouse location. This role requires coordination among various teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transportation and logistics activities to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate product dispatches, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain required shipping documents including invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, warehouse personnel, and clients to synchronize supply chain activities.
- Use advanced MS Excel to monitor inventory movements and maintain detailed logistics records.
- Manage vendor payments related to logistics and associated documentation processes.
- Schedule and track shipments to guarantee punctual delivery execution.
- Address and resolve logistics problems, aiming to enhance transportation effectiveness.
- Compile logistics reports to support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and comply with transportation regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate-level education.
- At least one year of experience in logistics coordination or similar roles.
- Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively within the team.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, shipping logistics, client and vendor management, cargo documentation, and transportation planning.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks such as service appointment booking and delivery scheduling.
- Male candidates aged between 22 and 35 years are eligible.
Compensation and Work Details
- Employment type: Full-time, daytime shift.
- Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
- Work location: Delhi Warehouse, Khasra No. 32/5/6/26 31/10, Bakoli Village, Near Sunrise Farmhouse, Delhi – 110036.
