This opportunity is with a global multinational client through You & I Consulting. The role is suited for professionals who want to build their career in insurance operations, risk controls, or quality assurance within the life and pensions space.

Location
Openings are available in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.
Compensation
The offered package goes up to 8 LPA.
Education
A graduate degree in any discipline is compulsory. Post-graduation or certifications in Risk Management, Quality (Lean Six Sigma), or Finance & Accounting are preferred.
Experience
For Life & Pensions roles, candidates should have 1 to 7 years of experience. For QAG roles, 3 to 8 years of experience is expected.
Core Skills
Applicants should bring strong written and spoken communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, MS Office proficiency, and exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP or JDE. Teamwork and stakeholder coordination are also important.
Domain Knowledge
The ideal candidate should understand risk management frameworks, iQMS, governance policies, and the Life & Pensions domain, including policy lifecycle, claims handling, and servicing. Knowledge of quality methods such as Lean Six Sigma, SLA and accuracy metrics, and fixed assets/lease accounting concepts like IFRS 16 and ASC 842 is also valuable.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing, claims, and new business work in insurance operations.
- Track daily transaction volumes and inventory while meeting SLA targets.
- Create SOPs, process flows, and training materials.
- Assist with the Line 1 Risk & Controls function.
- Spot control gaps, evaluate risks, and help implement corrective measures.
- Follow governance requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards.
- Review Life & Pension transactions as part of quality checks.
- Identify defects and process issues, then provide clear corrective feedback.
- Prepare quality dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
