Currently recruiting multiple Lab Technicians for a fast-growing advanced manufacturing company located in Towcester, Northamptonshire. Role and Responsibilities

• Operate within a cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Follow detailed procedural and quality standards for production.
• Carry out microscope-based visual inspections and quality control checks to ensure product standards.
• Support precision manufacturing and production operations.
• Accurately record production and quality data using computer systems.
• Contribute as a cooperative team member to achieve production targets.

Candidate Profile

• No previous laboratory or technical experience required; extensive training provided from day one.
• Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn and a positive mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work reliably within a structured team environment.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting using personal protective equipment.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency.

Additional Information

• Permanent continental shift schedule operating on a 4 on / 4 off rotation: 2 days (07:00–19:00), 2 nights (19:00–07:00), followed by 4 days off.
• Reliable personal transport is mandatory due to the rural location of the site.
• Work happens in a cleanroom PPE environment.
